Football Party Food 1/17 - 1/23

My husband dropped it on me last minute that we were having guests over for the game today. I do not stockpile junk food because well I eat it. But I was happy to see Walgreens was having a spend $20 on Tostitos and Pepsi products get $10 RR.

$1 Gatorade (32 oz.)
$2.50 Doritos, Tostitos, or Lays chips (12 oz. or larger), Stacy’s Pita Chips (6 oz. or larger)
$2.50 Tostitos Salsa or Queso (15 oz.)
$3.00 Pepsi Fridgemate (12 ct.)
$1.25 Pepsi 2-Liters , note I only saw signs on the Diet, Regular, and Mountain Dew bottles.

Here is my scenario:
$5.00 5 Gatorades
$2.50 1 Bag of Tostitos
$2.50 1 Tostitos Queso
$5.00 2 Tositios Salsa
$2.50 2 2-liters of Pepsi
$2.50 1 Stacy's Pita (not by chips, it was stored by the nuts and 2 liters)

Coupons I used:
$1 off Tostitos Chips AND Tostitos Dip (ALL YOU Jan ‘10)
2-$1.00/2 Gatorade G2 (RP 01/10/10)
Paid 16.00
Got $10 RR
True cost $6.00

I will be submitting Coors Light Rebate after we pick up a 12-pack as we live in CO and we have to purchase the beer to get the rebate. However this is my husband's beer of choice so it's worth it. Personally I like to think this makes me the world's greatest wife!

The rebate will be for $10.00, so that's a $4.00 profit before the beer is purchased. I realize that I will not make a profit in the end after the beer purchase but it was an adventure and as I said world's greatest wife.

(Thanks couponingtodisney for rebate info)
